Mặc kệ: 不管。mặc kệ anh nói điều gì đi nữa em cũng không muốn nghe (不管你說什麼我也不想聽)
Mặc dù: 雖然。Mặc dù trời mưa nhưng tôi vẫn đi học. 雖然下雨但我還去上課
Mặc: 穿。Mặc đồ, mặc quần áo (穿衣服)

mặc dù =even though
mặc= wear(shirt, pants,...)
mặc kệ= don't care(don't give a crap)
e.g:Mặc kệ những lời tao khuyên, mày gật đầu cho qua chuyện (Don't care about my advice, you nod for it to pass away) (in this case, mặc kệ= bỏ mặc)
