Question about English (US)

How do you say this in English (US)? How should I say when I want to ask someone about their way of sparing time?

In a day, there are many ways to spend our time. Sometimes we watch movies. Also we eat lunch. we study something.
I want to ask the proportion of the time someone use for each purpose.
"What is the proportion of the time you spend in a week? What percentage of your time is used for studying?"
Does it make sense?
