Can you tell me how the sentence construction of this quote “happily ever after here we are” is? Thank you in advance!

I’m still not sure, but my guess is like:
They put the ‘happily…’ part at the beginning of the sentence because:
1. it sounds good with the word ‘SUF’
2. that is the important term in the movie. (Inversion)
