Question about English (UK)

How to say correctly : It's really weird if i dont finish a sentence without saying "i dont know". Maybe i dont really know or maybe is just a way to scape, avoid the reality and not face it. If this is a consencuencw due to not be confident should I start to not say that word and delete it from my vocabulary. But why dealete the consequence and not the problem, delete it from the roots and not hide and avoid it. It's the same with other topics lifes, we wanna do changes against discrimination and violence while our system is made by not equalities and violence. Reduce violence with more violence isnt it ilogical? Maybe I'm wrong, maybe anything is true, anything is right or not. I maybe should stop of overthinking those kind of stuffs and accept that I'm an human and I won't be able to find the real truth because the true and the reality is made by humans. does this sound natural?
