‎‎‎If you were to say the same thing, is there a more natural way to say it than these? I would be happy to be your harsh judge.

It has the potential to be useful in providing continuous care for mothers and children and has been devised to suit the circumstances of each country, including larger pictures and diagrams in countries with low literacy rates, and knowledge on how to prevent infectious diseases that are particularly common in that country.
