@Bibliophilealert Wow! That's wonderful! I wish I could be the same diet like you. I felt okay for a while (the food you mentioned) but then I started to become just nonfunctional and just sleepy all the time. I need to figure out how to stick to vegetarian diet..
And how do you cope with moments when you need some energy ? I've tried drinking strongly brewed tea and coffee. How about you?
I don’t know what eggs or meat do to our bodies but I don’t feel lethargic or tired maybe because my body has developed itself in this way now. I think it may also be related to your mindset. Maybe you craved meat and kept thinking about it from time to time so your body and mind felt that they are missing onto something. That sort of thing sometimes makes us feel like we are getting weak and sleepy. You ever feel like you need protein or energy eat cottage cheese ( in India we call it paneer), drink milk, have nuts anything you like.
I don’t think coffee or tea provide nutrients or satisfy our body needs( just my personal opinion)
