I believe that no countries ought be a superpower. Every country should be equal.
Also, when a new superpower which rises to challenge the old superpower(s), it often has to take the form of fascist dictatorship in order to be able to compete with them. Old superpower(s) will not allow a new superpower to rise peacefully, too.
ps: I doubt that Argentina was ever a superpower. A superpower should not only be rich but also be industrialised and technologically advanced. However, it seemed that, Argentina's economy, at its peak, heavily relied on foreign powers and agriculture and did not make effort in developing heavy industry.
Now for Argentina, national liberation movement against foreign capital is probably needed. Latifundium is also an obstacle for industrialisation.
We may have different understandings about the word "superpower". In my book, a superpower must be very influential in world affairs, and so far only the United States and the (former) Soviet Union can be called superpowers; even China wouldn't strictly qualify as a superpower, since we are, after all, still a developing country. Therefore I don't think it's precise to say "Argentina becomes a superpower AGAIN". However, I know that Argentina was once a quite developed country, the 8th biggest economy in the world. Of course we'd be happy to see Argentina become a developed country again, and to see Argentinean people get rich and happy. Why not?
@sakalisian012 Sorry I don't know Spanish, and I think machine translation can sometimes be misleading... but don't lose your hope, my friend. I'm sure that Argentinean people will finally find a way to solve whatever problems they have today. China was once in a very difficult situation too (I mean from mid-19th century to mid-20th century, about 100 years). The biggest problem was that no one knew what was the best approach to save the country. There were various attempts, i.e. renovations, revolutions, wars, etc., and finally we found a way that fits this country. I believe Argentinean people will find yours too. Good luck!
