Question about United States

< Only native English speakers, please~ >

Is this sentence correct?
(Please see the attached picture as well.)
ㅡ> Especially the American celebrities seem to "like to eating" it.

( I just happened to see that weird(?) sentence on other English learner's post about English question. It's the answer from someone whose profile says that they're American, but the sentence looks very incorrect to me, specifically the part in quotes, "like to eatING".
Is there an English form like "seem to like to + ~ING"? It looks really wrong and incorrect to me, I'm not a native English speaker though. Shouldn't it be either 'seem to like to eat' or 'seem to like eating'? Could someone clarify it?)

Thank you!
