i like watching MMA, and i have enjoying a Olympic games, specially Judo, wrestling.
so i generally say "i like fighting sport".
which should i say, martial arts or fighting sports?

It also involves tradition (usually a firm one), knowledge and teachings handed down from generation to generation.
