you would say 'practiced her rap' if she practiced one rap over and over again
you would say 'practiced her rapping' if she practiced the art of rapping in general by practicing many raps
I would go with 'practiced her rapping' because that is what people normally say, but I don't know by the context which one you should use.
(by the way, try to remember the double p in rapping. If spelled another way, it can mean something completely different)
