"I'm good, how are you?"
普通に本音の答えを出さないですね。自分の状況は何でも「I'm good」や「I'm fine」などと言います。例外はもちろんありますが(例えば友人と話した)、それは一番セーフだと思います。

The most common responses are probably "good" or "not bad" or "fine, thanks." You can also add "You?" after each of these responses to ask the other person how they are.
