Would you mind if I ask if "Worse yet" is valid to say in all kind of tense like these below?

For example
1,"Worse yet, it will be raining heavily tomorrow" (as a future tense)
2,"Worse yet, there is rainy now." (as a present tense)
3,"Worse yet, it was raining terribly yesterday" (as a past tense)
