1- I frequently bump into my friends from work on the subway
2- I bumped into the girl I like at the supermarket. I was in pajamas, if I had known, I would have to put a jeans on
3- This is the second time we bump Into this day. What a coincidence!
4- I bumped into my boss in the elevator. It was bit awkward moment

Really good! Only one correction on #3:
This is the second time we've bumped into each other today.
(Also in #2, it should be "I would have put jeans on") :D

4- I bumped into my boss [on; in] the elevator. [It was a bit awkward of a moment; It was a bit awkward; It was an awkward moment] (The first option isn't super natural but it's closest to what you wrote, the other two options are good)
