Question about English (US)
Please correct this Q&A and make it more natural.
Q: Do you agree that issues at work can cause people to quit their jobs?
A: Yes. It's a common issue that you can't get the credit you deserved. For example, you get the same or lower salary than your co-workers despite the fact that you work hard and show much progress. Also, bad working conditions could make you think about changing your job. For example, you can only have time for sleeping when getting back home due to too long working hours.

Yes, I agree that difficulties at work can lead someone to leave their job. One of the biggest reasons for this is that it’s quite common for people to feel like they don’t get the credit they deserve.
For example, someone can get paid just the same or even lower despite showing more hard work and progress. Also, poor working conditions can make people consider changing their jobs. One example being long working hours and lack of sleep because of it.
