If so, よお相棒、元気?(よおあいぼう、げんき?)or よお相棒、調子どう?(よおあいぼう、ちょうしどう?) sounds more natural. Both are casual expressions.
どうしたの or どしたの is more like "What's wrong with you?" or "What happened ". I mean, it sounds as if you were talking to someone who is in trouble, rather than just greeting.
