What is the difference between 賛成できません and 賛成しかねます ?Feel free to just provide example sentences.

意味はほぼ同じですが、「賛成できません」よりも「賛成しかねます」の方が感情を伏せた言い方です。
ですので、「賛成しかねます」は公的な場面でよく使われます。親しい人と対話しているときはまず使いません。

imi ha hobo onaji desu ga , 「 sansei deki mase n 」 yori mo 「 sansei si kane masu 」 no hou ga kanjou wo fuse ta iikata desu .
