1 It sounds like he is saying menu, but that doesn't make any sense in the context, so I don't know.
2. probably the manager of the LA Dodgers. The dodgers are a baseball team.
3. That there is too much gluten in the world. Gluten is a proteins found in wheat and therefore most bread products that some people are allergic to. Other people prefer not to eat gluten for dietary reasons.
