A persone (in this case, a girl) who used to have a lot of money, is always worried about her aspect and outfit and, in spanish, includes a lot the tag line/expresion "o sea" (also, used to talk with high-pitched or very nasal voice).

What you said are stereotypes about pijas. My sister is pija and doesn't have much money, neither is always saying "osea". And about the voice I think that doesn't make sense.

@AlexiaFoster yo soy nueva, no se con quien podria hablarlo lo de pedir una seccion para el español de Argentina. Igual tene en cuenta que el español no es solo el de España, no tiene nada de malo que la que pregunto sepa que en argentina eso significa otra cosa, mira si viene acá y dice "pija" queda como desubicada jajaja

@AlexiaFoster ¡Ah! Eso donde yo vivo lo llamamos ser "fina" o "finolis", pero no pija. Más que nada porque "pija" (esto en mi opinión) sí que es insultante, pero "fina" no lo es tanto.
Where I live, if you are well-dressed, you look pretty, and you try to speak always good and polite, we say you're "fino/a" or "finolis".
For me it's different, because I think "pijo/a" is more an insult, but "fino/a" isn't.
