“できなくなる”. は、以前は出来ていたけど、今は出来なくなった事を説明しています。”10キロ走る事はもう出来ない(以前は出来た),“できない”は、今できない事を説明していますが、以前出来たのかは不明です。今の状態だけ説明しています。
