@dattasourav000 if you know the term gradable and non-gradable adj... you'll know abt the difference between this two..but I can help you out..both mean actually same..but you can also say I'm very tired while you can't say I'm very exhausted...cuz exhausted is non-gradable and tired is gradable... very tired=exhausted
