I feel that in Japanese, people use "let's do..." more than in English. Sometimes it doesn't sound natural. Because of this, I would change the first sentence to, "Come answer questions about your native languages. You can answer them in any language." I think that "come" is in between "let's do" and "please do" in terms of forcefulness. For the second sentence, "You can ask questions here. You can ask about languages, culture, or anything you want."
