If you try to keep all of the elements, this is going to be a clunky sentence no matter how it's worded, but yes: "He is the man about whom Lisa wonders which book he borrowed last month."
There are alternatives, but they're slightly harder to understand, if technically more proper: "He is the man who borrowed a book last month about which Lisa wonders."

@automeris It was a grammar question and I needed to answer a question which said: Who is this man?
So I had to say: He was a man who~
The point is, should I repeat "he" even after I use "who", if the phrase I said in the question is unnatural? Would you mind teaching me the grammatically correct phrase?

@automeris Thank you! when I use "who", I thought I have to omit the original word that the word "who" refers, but it seems that I need to leave "he" at the original position in order to make sentence clear. Am I correct?

Yep. This is a sentence which feels like chewing on ice, but without the "he" it would simply be completely incorrect.
