Treat kind of means it will just help with your cold and make you feel a little better and cure means it will completely take away your cold.

1 and 2 are correct!
They both mean almost the same thing but “cure” means to heal completely and “treat” means to make better.
For example, if your cold is “treated,” it may not be gone completely, but if your cold is “cured,” you are feeling completely normal again 😊

Both of your answers were very helpful to me. Both explanations were very easy to understand, but I would like to choose the first answer as the best answer at this time. Thank you to both of you. I love the American culture and people, and I plan to ask more questions, so I hope you both do!
