Question about English (US)

As I was reading a novel, I came across the sentences below.

“Speaking of which,” he said, “remember your last visit? You said, ‘We should go up to Yosemite next time, Suki.’ And I was all, ‘Next time? Seriously, Steven, next time? Ninety-two-year-old man says he’ll do what in two years?’ Leaving aside the very real possibility of death, my kids have been on me to stop driving since I was eighty.”

I'm not sure what the part "I was all."
Could you rephrase it differently?
Thank you.
