Friend... What is the dictionary form of 활금기 ?
그 때를 생각하면 제 인생의 활금기 라고 할 수 있을 정도로 하루하루 효율이 높았습니다…
When I think back on that time, it was a turning point in my life. I was very effective day by day…

@Meare7 it's a typo. The right word is '황금기' and it's '황금(gold) + ~기(period)'. golden age. Like a peak point.

Can I ask another one?
단 한 번 쯤은
Is this an expression?
모든 남성분들이 자신의 한계를 깨기 위해서 금욕생활을 인생에서 단 한 번 쯤은 경험해 봐야 한다고 저는 말씀을 드리고 싶습니다..
I want to tell you that all men must experience a life of celibacy at least once in their life in order to break their limits ..
I got this from a YouTube video

@Meare7 we say '한 번 쯤은' but usually don't add '단'. 한 번 쯤은 does mean 'at least once' (the translation is correct) and '단 한 번' means 'only once' so it's sort of conflicting words
no i won't say they're conflicting but they're not that blended together
you may say it means 'at least only once'.

-(이)라도 ....
I searched it on the internet and it's complicated, but I understand it as I read it repeatedly...
I never thought it has long explanation:
우리가 빵이라도 먹을래?
When translating a sentence like this, it is hard to translate the “~(이)라도” part naturally into English. A simple translation of the sentence about would be something like “Shall we eat some bread?”, but the use of ~(이)라도 makes the translation more complicated. In reality, it is more like “We should eat something, and bread isn’t really what either of us wants to eat, but it wouldn’t be that bad either.”
Again, the use of ~(이)라도 expresses that somebody is slightly dissatisfied with the fact that the most preferred option is not available – but at the same time – somewhat satisfied that there is at least a good option that can be taken.

@Meare7 yeah your definition is very much accurate! We use it when we don't really have any other choice. We don't actually have to be dissatisfied by that option but just don't have any alternatives, like 'I'm going with whatever i get'. We don't really have to have any opinion about it.
(cf. 자위 means masturbation and it doesn't have to be a man who does it. I just don't know if there's any specific word to translate 'jerking off'...)

(+ and i just translated every word you wrote as 'sex druve', 'sexual desire', 'sex craving', to '성욕' because, again, i didn't know any other word to alternate it.... haha we certainly lacks vocabulary in that regards)
