Instead of welcoming immigrants, the japanese government should help the native. Experts say that 30% of the workers in the age group 20s in Japan are temporary workers. In addition, more than 500 thousand people become unemployed every year.
There is no reason that the government gives priority to immigrants while there are many potential workers in Japan.

By temporary workers, did you perhaps means they work part-time? Then I'd recommend phrasing it as,

"Experts say that 30% of the workers in the age group 20-30 in Japan work part-time jobs."

Also,

"There is no reason that the government should give priority to...."
(As in, add a 'should' before 'give')
