Question about English (US)

1. If I moves back to Japan I will meet my parents every day.

2. If I moved back to Japan I would have met my parents every day.

I would like to comfirm what difference between the two sentences.
" 1" is passable to happen, but "2" is talking about passed. And I didn't move back to Japan and I didn't meet my parents.

Is that correct ?
