Question about English (US)
Could anyone check my journal entry?
I took an ESL class. Today's theme was “music”, so I talked about my favorite music with my classmates. After that I had lunch with my teacher and classmates. I couldn’t talk with my teacher a lot because I couldn’t speak English well. So I thought I want to talk with her in English and I need to study English much more.

I took an ESL class. Today's theme was “music”, so I talked about my favorite songs/type of music/genres (favorite musicとは意味が通じますが、この場合、ちょっと不自然だと思います) with my classmates. After that, I had lunch with my teacher and classmates. I couldn’t talk with my teacher a lot because I couldn’t speak English well, so I thought that if I wanted to talk with her in English, I need to study English much more.

I couldn’t communicate with my teacher very well because I couldn’t speak English well. So, in order to talk to her in English, I need to study English a lot more.
