Does "in sense" mean "partially" ?

Can I use it like that ?

1) In sense, the internet is a dreadful thing.
2) I've recently built a house for my dog, I think in sense I'm builder.
3) The Joker was talking about dreadful things that seem to be so on the surface, but in sense he was right.
