That’s Chris’ house, but your use of the apostrophe is correct in both sentences. It’s correct with or without the s.

@Tashi_monkey Oh thank you! How about it's Tom not Chris?

@Hyun_lee Then you need the “s” 😊

Both are grammatically correct in writing and are pronounced the same in conversation. Chris is a singular person, so 's is standard, but just an ' is acceptable since the name has an "s" already.

@bugamagoo Then should I pronounce 'Chrises' in both cases?
- Korean
How should I pronounce them? Chris' is Chris and Chris's is Chrises?
- English (US)
@Hyun_lee Both sound exactly the same and have a repeated "s" sound, so like Chrises or Chris-es.
If there were more than one Chris, it would actually sound the same but look like Chrises'.
Names in English that end in "s" get an "es" ending if plural: Harris-> Harrises, Jones-> Joneses. So two or more people named Chris -> Chrises (plural) -> Chrises' (possessive).
