I’m wondering what’s the name of the speed script people use when they write fast. I know about the difference between 草書，行書 but don’t know what people in general use to write down. Is there a different style for writing fast?

We all wrote with "正楷" or "楷書" in modern days now .
Other styles of writing might used on artistry purpose but handwriting .
You might find some of them scribbled, but still they were wrote in "正楷".

@ArgoW I understand about the standard style of writing but I want to know which style they use as for example 手 in rapid writing looks more of 草書

If you learned 正楷、楷書 exactly, you can learn 行書。
For native user can't read 草書 quit easy in general nowadays, but for art that is another.

We only write 草書 and 行書 in “書法” now, because when it comes to handwriting with pen or pencil, we write 楷書
