“swing by” implies you are coming to their house for a short time and then leaving.
“stop by” and “come by” can mean the same thing, but they are more general, which means that they could just be inviting someone over for a longer period, unlike “swing by”, which implies the invited person staying for a short time.
Person 1: Shoot! I forgot my jacket at your house.
Person 2: No worries. Swing by / stop by / come by my house and pick it up. It should only take a couple minutes to find it.
Come by my house to see my dog.
Stop by and have some dinner with us before you head home.
I need to swing by the office and drop off those papers to the boss. Then, we can go to lunch.
If you have any questions let me know.
The only case I can think of where “swing by” means you should stay longer is if someone is inviting you into their house to do the naughty.
I had a wonderful night with you. Why don’t we swing by my house so we can “hang out”.

Come by, means they are coming somewhere you are.
Example: Oh you’re at the bar? I’ll come by. (Duration unclear)
Stop by: On the way to somewhere else, or were already on the move.
Example: My friend is at the bar, let’s stop by and see him before we go home.
Swing by is a slang term for “come by” and “stop by”, but implied to be a short duration.
Examples:
I’ll swing by the store on my way home.
I have to be home by 10:00, but I can swing by.
They will all be used interchangeably when talking about visiting your home.

Please keep in my mind this is not a big deal, and people use the wrong one all the time. People say they’re just swinging by, but don’t leave for hours…
Or they say stopping by, and they were never headed somewhere else.
Since you are learning English, just use any of them, and don’t stress about it.
