"There're" is sometimes said in speech, but it is rarely used in written English (it would be considered informal/colloquial).
The pronunciation is similar to "there-er". It sounds somewhat like "error" but instead with "there" at the beginning.

@personaudiblesmart Sorry, pal, but go back and read your original question. You asked about the word being used in daily conversation. And I've been speaking English for 65 years. And let me count how many times I've heard someone use that contraction. Maybe never? Perhaps people might use it today sometimes and even though it might be technically correct it's not something common. At least not in my experience. And as for seeing it in writing. That's poor writing to me. How hard is it to write "there are" instead?

@HebrewDane yup i agree with you, It is not common, about the book It used this contraction in a dialogue kinda trying to represent an informal conversation you know? thats why i asked here about If It is used a lot by Native speakers
