Oh I see! How about this then - "I have to give a two-hour lecture to (engineering) trainees after the Lunar New Year holiday. Most of them want to join a semiconductor company. As a senior engineer of 30 years, I have to educate trainees in various ways, but it doesn't seem to be an easy task."

Do you mean that you have worked in this company for 30 years? If so, you can say "having worked in this company for 30 years..."
Or do you mean that you are 30 years older than them? Then, you can say "as someone who is 30 years older than them" (more common) or "as someone who is 30 years their senior..." (this is grammatically correct but not often spoken).

@nautilii I joined a semiconductor company 30 years ago. That's why I'm giving a lecture as a semiconductor engineer with 30 years of experience. The company they want to join may not be the company I worked for.
