We might not hear any foreign accent, except if he misspronounces g so that it sounds like he were speaking Spanish. Actually he speaks a very good Italian in terms of accent. He’s maybe the best Italian speaking Pope among the previous two. When Ratzinger was the Pope we could clearly perceive that he has a German accent.

You did great. A few tweaks:
One might not hear any foreign accent except when he mispronounces the letter G, making it sound as though he were speaking Spanish. His Italian accent is actually very good. Of the last two popes, he may be the one who speaks Italian best. When Ratzinger was Pope one could clearly perceive his a German accent.
