I think 気味 has roughly two meanings.
The first one is a feeling, and we read きみ(kimi).
Ex. She is so kind that it makes me feel quite uncomfortable.
The second meaning is tending to something, and we say 〇〇ぎみ(gimi).
Ex. She has a slight cold.

There are two ways of "meaning" and "usage".
・Feelings felt in the mind and body.
(It's mean... ''Feelings'' and ''Mood''.)
e.g.
It serves you right. / Serves you right.
the state of being weird
This area is creepy!
There was a creepy guy on the street.
The silence is ominous.
・It seems that there is a tendency.
e.g.
I feel like I'm getting a cold / I have a slight cold.
I'm kind of fat lately.
Recently, I'm feeling a little sleepless.
She talked about what happened today with a little excitement.
Is it okay? You're a little tired these days, aren't you?
