@Dinnieieieieie The first sentence is used if you and the person are parting ways, so an example would be, “It’s been nice talking with you! I’ll see you tomorrow!” The second sentence is used when you guys are still actively having a conversation, “it’s nice talking with you. You make me feel really happy.”
