electronic usually means anything that has a circuit board inside. It usually also means that the device is more digital than analog in its function. A digital device usually contains one or more of the following components: processors, microchips, transistors, etc.
Electric just means it is powered by electricity.
So all electronic things are electric but not all electric things are electronic.
A cell phone is an electronic device.
A light bulb is electric.
A microwave oven is electronic.
