1- She told us that something came up and gone
2- Something important has came up. Come home as fast as you can
3- Sorry, something came up but I'll call you back later
4- I had to cancel my plans with my friends because something came up
5- Sorry for arriving late. Something came up at the office and I had to stay more time
6- Joey called. He will arrive late from work and told me that we don't wait for him for dinner. I think something came up to him at the office

i don't understand #1.
2- you'd say "has come up".
3-, you would say, "something has come up", because its present-tense.
"came up" = past-tense.
"has come up" = present-tense.
4 and 5 are correct, although you wouldn't say "more time", you'd say "longer".
6 is correct too, but instead of saying "we don't wait for him" you'd say "we don't have to wait for him." and you would also just say "i think something came up at the office." you don't need to add the "to him" there.
