Aha! This "hit" refers to taking a hit (a dose) of a recreational drug.
"I can get you real high / With sugar on my lips, all it takes is one hit"
She's comparing her love to a drug. Maybe she's saying that her love is wonderful and fun, or maybe she's saying that it's addictive and dangerous. Maybe both.
With some drugs, all it takes is one hit to become addicted.
Maybe just one kiss will make you fall in love with Stella.

What is the context?
For example, if the context is a video game: "All it takes is one hit for Mario to die." If Mario touches (hits) one enemy, he dies.
Or if the context is a singer's career: "All it takes is one hit to become famous." If a singer can write even one song that becomes very successful (is a hit), he/she will become famous.
In general, 「All it takes is ~」=「~だけかかる」

I think so, but I think it's not real sugar. I think this "sugar" is sweetness, affection.
Have you ever heard someone say "Gimme some sugar" to their sweetheart? That usually means "Give me a kiss."
