Hello everyone I need some help here,
I have two supervisors and they often have different opinions. So I am sending this to make sure what work I need to do (or not),
Please help me make it sound more natural and less aggressive.

You are a graphic designer. Sarah and Tina are your supervisors. You've recently noticed that Sarah is hiring more graphic designers, and you can see that she is having them do the same work that you are, and prefers their designs to yours.

I am more like a digital marketer who does everything. I have done graphic designs for them but Sarah seems like she want to hire someone cheaper. I don't mind that but I do mind they wasting my time.
Tina is the nicer supervisor. Sarah always ignores my communication without a reason. ( but in meetings she is nice so I am confused)

It is my understanding that Sarah has been working with other graphic designers on images for social media posts. If so, are these projects now under their responsibility? I just want to make sure that I am as efficient as possible with my time.

On the contrary, it expresses good intentions on your part. You could also say: "I just want to make sure that I use my time as efficiently as possible".
Absolutely do NOT go into money here. That would be rude and inappropriate.
