For your examples, you can use either "sense" or "feeling", but "sense" is slightly more commonly used. When used this way, both words are nouns.
"Feel" is a verb and can be used to say the same thing, but you have to change the sentence a bit because you are now using a verb instead of a noun.
"I feel that he only thinks about himself."
"I don't feel that he's lying."

Thanks. I get that sense is better suiting than feeling in those cases.
btw, as to "feel",
the word feel also has a meaning as a noun.
For example-
"I'm getting a feel for this game" Or
"you need to look at the map so that you can get a feel of the surroundings"
Then I thought I could use "feel" in those sentences I posted above too....(the sentences in my first question)
so it seems like I can't really differentiate feel(as a noun) from feeling.
Can you guys enlighten me with that?

Yes, "a feel" can also mean "an understanding", but I don't see how you can work this meaning into your sentences. "A feel" in this sense is usually about a larger topic, like a game or a city.
