No, you don't say "I also do"
It's not ungrammatical but it's awkward and you almost never hear it

Grammatically, it's correct to say "I, too" but no one ever says it and everyone always uses the colloquial and casual me, too. You can also say "me, also" which is casual. Does that make sense?
