Xin chào! (Tiếng việt của tôi không có kỹ thuật. Rất xin lỗi 😢)
Có. Ờ Hoa Kỳ có bình thường hỏi về tên đầu tiên nếu bạn muốn là thành bạn của ai.
“Can we make friend together” không đúng. Không bao giờ nói này.
Bạn có thể nói
“Can we be friends?”
Mặc dù, điều này hiếm khi được nói trong cuộc nói chuyện bình thường.
Tốt nhất để nói:
“I’d like to talk to you more, what’s your number”
Hoặc
“Let’s keep in touch!” “Can I keep in touch with you?”
Vì dụ:
Tom: Hello ?
Mary: Hi! How are you?
Tom: Hey, I’m alright. I’m sorry, I didn’t get your name. What was it ?
Mary: It’s Mary.
Tom: Oh! Mary, that’s nice. My name is Tom. Nice to meet you.
Mary: Nice to meet you too. Say, Tom, I’m new around here, can we keep in touch?
Tom: Sure, what’s your number?

Hello
Yes in America it’s common to ask names first
“Can we make friend together” is incorrect and very unnatural.
You can say
“Can we be friends?”
Although, this is very rarely said in normal English conversation.
It’s best to say :
…….
Sorry to confuse you 😂😂😂😂

I can confirm this. It is common for people to first ask for the names of people whom they want to make friends with.
People often say:
“Hey, what was your name again?”
“Hi, I didn’t get your name what was it?”
Or
“Hey, what’s your name?”
Mary: “Hey, what’s your name?
Jennifer: “Oh hi, it’s Jennifer.”
