@HDGD 1 should be "I lost my backpack, can you help me look for it?"
A and B are both correct. "Your kid has been acting UP" and "Your kid has been acting OUT" are both fine!
2 should be "Ultimately, I've been feeling down. I probably have covid."
A is correct, B is not. "My car HAS BEEN acting up, can you take a look at it?"
