when I meet a person from another country, for example: I am from Osaka, Japan. He is from California, the USA.
Should I say to him: "Hi, I'm from Osaka" or "Hi, I'm from the USA"? I mean, Should I say the country's name or the city's name/ provine's name when I meet the person from another country. Could you give me some sugguestions?
