@HDGD as for number 1, it would sound more natural if you used it like; “ don’t trust him, he can sell you if he wants to. We all know that he’s a snitch. ( you used the term sold which is past tense, meaning it already happened. You should use this term when it already happened/ past tense)
3. It sounds natural but you are missing the “,” otherwise it would be perfect.
Example - if I run into your dad, I will ignore him”
The reason I chose the 4th is because it sounded more professional but it is still missing “,”
It would sound natural if you said; “ if I come across your dad, I will ignore him”

“Selling someone” and “selling someone out” are two different things. To sell someone means to give them to someone else in exchange for money. To sell someone out means to betray someone (usually by lying, snitching on them, or telling one of their secrets). So no, “sell you” doesn’t sound more natural in this sentence. You have to include the word “out”.

“Give you away” is incorrect in the second sentence. It sounds unnatural.

Remove “with” from the last sentence and it will be fine. I think the third sentence is more natural than that though.

@Amech No, it’s not a double negative. I actually should’ve placed a comma after the word “no” like I did in the sentence before this one. In both sentences, “no” is supposed to be separate from the rest of the clauses. The reason is that “no” kind of serves as an interjection.

The sentence you asked about was in response to what the other answerer said about “sell you” making more sense than “sell you out”. I was saying “no” to that statement. And “‘sell you’ doesn’t sound more natural in this sentence” provides further explanation so that the person who asked the question will know what I am saying “no” to.

And just so you know, I edited the comment you asked about so my mistake doesn’t confuse anyone else!
