@raffyz That's also possibile, but you don't have to. You could say "In ten years I hope I will be working at my dream job" as well. I would say that I've heard it said both with and without "will" at roughly the same frequency so I think it's just a matter of preference.

It's about the same frequency between Italian and English. It's a matter of choice on whether you decide to use the present tense or future tense to indicate your intentions going forward.
