It would be "he wouldn't listen" rather than "he would't listen," but both mean very similar things. "He wouldn't listen" suggests the event is something that happened in the past - maybe the speaker told "him" not to go out at night, and he still did. "He don't listen" is a little more about consistent behavior of the speaker himself as a person - it's like saying "he never listens." It's important to note, though, that "he don't listen" is non-standard English, and while common in a number of dialects and/or slang usages, would not be used in a classroom setting. And you might sound a little odd if you said it.

In this situation, should I be more aggressive in using the
he wouldn't listen ?
he wouldn't listen ?

@Qo0lla Hmm, it depends. What are you trying to say? What did "he" not listen to?

@Qo0lla Oh, I think I understand! My apologies. "He wouldn't listen" works perfectly fine to say that he didn't listen to advice. I don't think it would need to be more aggressive. As for the other, I misunderstood because I thought they were about the same subject. In that case, "he don't listen to music" is the non-standard slang way of saying "he doesn't listen to music." I hope I haven't been too confusing, and if you have more questions, please let me know!

so don't/doesn't=Something I've been working on for a long time now.
wouldn't=Do not accept, Refuse ?
wouldn't=Do not accept, Refuse ?
- English (US)
@Qo0lla "wouldn't" implies both past tense and a choice. Like, he could have done something, but chose not to. "doesn't" is less specific. You don't know if it's a choice, but you do know that this person is not doing something. So yeah, "wouldn't" can be understood as "did not accept" or "refused"!
