it is more natural to say “i hope you feel better” wish is similar but hope is the natural word to use

I can hope that you get better is possible therefore it reassures the ill person.
I wish that you get better makes it sound like the ill person getting well is as likely to happen as me wishing on a star to see a unicorn. That would not be so reassuring or positive to the ear of the ill person.
